Admission Application for Nursery School

 

School Application for 2026-2027 will be open for application from 6^th March,2025 (9:00 AM), it’s no limit on the distribution and collection of application forms, parents can choose to apply by paper or electronic application:

1. Paper application: please download the application form from our website and submit the application form in person or by post. Application fee of HK$40 can send crossed cheque by post , or pay cash in person to the School Office .
2. Electronic application(Chinese version only): Please use the link at the bottom of the page to apply, complete the online application form and upload your child’s recent digital photo to the online application system. A non-refundable nor transferable application fee of HK$40 should be paid within 3 working days after submission, either crossed cheque by post or cash in person to the School Office.

Our school will accept applications throughout the year. If you register before 30^th August ,2025 , you will be arranged to attend the Freshmen Orientation on 25^th October,2025 . Deadline for main round application is 31^st October 2025. If you register after the deadline, will not guarantee for an interview, such charge is non-refundable.

School Application for 2026-2027 only recognizes appropriate age range for certain entry level. Please indicate with the enclosed policy.

Nursery Class (K1): 1^st September 2022 – 31^st December 2023
Lower Kindergarten Class (K2): 1^st September 2021 – 31^st December 2022
Upper Kindergarten Class (K3): 1^st September 2020 – 31^st December 2021

English Admission Information

1. Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
   – When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

2. Support to non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
   -In order to support children’s learning, teachers will translate Chinese homework for non-Chinese speaking children into English so that parents can guide their children to complete homework at home.
   -The home-school newsletter has an English version to issue English notices to promote home-school communication.

 

Result announcement and Registration Procedure:

1. Notification of Application Result
   Result will be informed by post or email before 13^th December 2025.
2. Arrangement for Registration
   Upon receipt of notification of admission to K1, parents must complete the registration procedures in person at the school during 2^nd to 3^rd January 2026 by submitting the “Registration Certificate” and pay $1,500 for “registration fee”. (Receipt will be issued to the parent).
3. Arrangement for Applicants on the waiting list
   Our school will contact you by phone if there be any vacancy after registration day.
4. Arrangement for transferring
   If your child wishes to change to another Kindergarten after the completion of registration, please inform our school in writing upon your child’s withdrawal. Our school will contact you in a week after receiving your written request, and return the Registration Certificate to you. Upon getting back the Registration Certificate, our school will no longer reserve the place for the child. Normally, the registration fee paid to our school with which the child has registered will not be refunded.
